Happy Holidays and Cheers to an Extraordinary 2010!
Just want to wish everyone an awesome weekend--whether you are celebrating Christmas or something else--hope you are surrounded by loved ones, friends, and family.
For those of you in NYC, I'm going to have a little party at a bar/lounge on January 15th, to celebrate being featured in InStyle magazine. Everyone is invited so bring friends if you would like, the more the merrier--will be fun to meet you!

Adventures at the American Apparel Sample Sale!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an American Apparel Sample sale and I have to say it was unlike any sample sale I've ever been to!When I arrived the line up was over a block long with excited teenagers and early twenty hipsters.
Once I got to the front of the line to use my line by pass (thanks Joey from AA) I got to see first hand people who were desperate to get in that they were pushing and harassing the door people!!
Now that's what I call brand dedication!!
Inside I knew I had to have a plan and stick to it, so I parked my business partner (and fiancee) by a pole at the entrance and instructed him not to move so that he could watch my coat and purse.
I took off my coat and sweater and made my way to the racks.
Coming back to him 10 minutes later with a selection of hoodies and tights to quickly try on or hold up and get the yay or neah, no time for change rooms or mirrors!!
I left a happy customer with a polka dot hoodie, pink jogging pants and some silver leggings that I'm convinced that I'm going to rock for New Years!

We're all so lucky, our everyday worries and woes rarely mean us having an empty stomach. Even when times are tough most of us have more then enough to be comfortable.
Doing work for children around the world is very important to me and that is why I've chosen to work with the Children's Hunger Fund this holiday season along with my family and friends.
If you can please give a small donation to this amazing cause
We'll be collecting the donations and 100% of the donations will be donated from our fundraising efforts throughout the holidays on or before December 25th.

The picture above is me working in Mali West Africa with an organization called Canada World Youth, as you can see I loved the kids there they were so full of life and grateful for every little thing. If you look very closely you'll see that I'm wearing my favorite Pucci scarf, fashion came with me to the little village where bright colors and bold patterns are celebrated!
