Mary Kate (5'2) knows that it looks fresh when you use a bag traditionally for evening during the day.

I think it was Anna Wintour who said that you should always carry a clutch, because any strap ruins the lines of your outfit.

Trade a cardigan for a blazer. Rachel (5'3.5) does this really well. You can wear a frilly, girly dress underneath and give it a little attitude with the blazer. Victoria Beckham (5'4) also loves her blazers. Petites' look FAB in very well tailored styles that are cropped, ending just after the waistband of your pants or the top of your hip.














Wear open toed shoes, now! Not always, just sometimes when you want to be a little more daring and when it's not snowing. Wear them with substantial heels, not sandals. Steer clear of stilettos or anything strappy. Also, remember pair them with tightsnothing sheer, no hose. Choose a dark smooth or textured tight.
