I used to be very healthy and fit, being a dancer, and later on I started getting into weight training. I'm trying to get back into dance again, and I also like pilates...I'm just not very consistent. But I'm trying to change that!
Q. What do you like to wear when you work out? Where do you buy it?
A. If I'm dancing, I wear a dance leotard and tights with a cute little dance skirt, and my ballet shoes (or tap shoes). If I'm working out in general or doing pilates, I like a fitted tank top or camisole and yoga-like pants. I might wear just socks or sneakers.
Q. Do you workout? What do you do?
A. I dance, do pilates, and do various exercises I learned from a trainer long ago. I also use an elliptical machine.
Q. Are you a health nut or a junk food junkie?
A. Unfortunately, I am a junk food junkie, though I am trying to eat healthier. I drink an ensure shake everyday to make sure I'm getting essential nutrients, I don't eat much red meat (or any meat for that matter), but I do eat some chicken and fish. But I do need my chocolate or I get cranky!
What do you like to wear when you work out? Where do you buy it?
I love sports bras, tanks, or just random t-shirts if I'm at home. For bottoms, I love shorts. I have a pair of gym shorts from high school and a few pairs from Under Armour. They have a fantastic selection and it fits me!

I'm into dance DVDs, hip-hop and latin. I also adore the elliptical.
Are you a health nut or a junk food junkie?
I have to admit, I love my junk food. I love fruit and salads but I wouldn't say I'm a health food junkie. I'm too hooked on McDonald's for that!
What do you like to wear when you work out? Where do you buy it?
I like to wear sports bras with a t-shirt over it. For bottoms I like shorts, capris or skinny bootcut yoga pants.

I do cardio such as biking and kickboxing, and strength training from DVDs at home.
Are you a health nut or a junk food junkie?
I'd say I'm more of a health nut because I'm learning more about the benefits of high quality food and staying away from the junk.
I'm trying to limit my intake of white, processed foods and supplement them with more nutrient-rich ones. I also like lean meats for protein, such as chicken and fish. I stay away from syruppy drinks, candy, and anything else that's only there to satisfy a craving. I drink lots of water if I'm thirsty, never soda.
I've noticed that my sweet tooth will be happy with fruit, which is a much better substitute.
I also think fat is important and healthy so I get that from good fats such as olive oil. I gain weight from sugar and carbs more than anything.

--I wear long Yoga pants and a tank tops in mostly in primary colors. I'm thin but I'm not into like letting it all hang out in the gym. I'm there to work out and sweat.

--Yoga, weight training and cardio. Being petite is great because we don't have to work out too hard to get in shape.

--I love to eat and I try to make healthy choices when it comes to food. I buy some organic foods and always read the ingredient lists of everything that I buy. You'd be surprised how much high fructose corn syrup is out there.

I run. I like to wear sleeveless running shirts and jersey shorts.

I run outside during the cooler months, and on the treadmill in my bedroom (in front of the TV!) when it's hot.

I try to be a little bit of both. It's hard for me to say no to a yummy treat, but I try to eat healthy so I have have treats now and then and not feel too guilty.

I wear some Yoga pants (they're supposed to be cropped but they fit me, haha) and a sports tank top. I also wear some Puma sneakers and have my hair in a ponytail. The yoga pants are from Blomingdales, the sports top is from Target and the shoes are from nordstroms.

I tend to use a ton of workout DVD's, and I love to use an elliptical. I usually do a short exercise dvd (around 10 minutes) and then go on the elliptical for another 10 minutes.

I tend to be in the middle. I don't eat a ton of junk food, but I don't really eat organically.

I know this comment is a little late but I thought I would share my habits and what I wear.
What do you like to wear when you work out? Where do you buy it?
I wear the Rio style pant from www.fitcouture.com, because they offer a short style. I find the fit very flattering, because of the adjustable fold over waistband. I pair that Nike gym trainers, and Calvin Klein XS tops.
Do you workout? What do you do?
I attend a gym that offers almost around the clock classes. They are each an hour long and include Yoga, Weight Lifting, Step, Kickboxing, Combat, RPM, etc. I find I do better with organized classes and instructors, I am actually excited about the gym.
Are you a health nut or a junk food junkie?
I am definitely not a health nut, in the sense that I eat organic and such. I have a balanced diet of lean proteins (chicken, turkey, 93% lean beef, fish, etc), good carbs, dairy, and of course veggies and fruits.
