I'm 4'11-1/2" and wear 4.5 in women's shoes. Its hard for me to find small shoes that doesnt look like nuns would wear them. I wear size 4.5 shoes and have a list of websites I check every other night. Mostly Zappos, eBay, Shoes.com (terrible selection), Shoebuy.com (also terrible), and Nordstroms.

I just tried buying some shoes from Cinderella of Boston (which is actually in Westminster, Cali.) but my heels kept coming out of the back when I walked.

I was surprised at the average height and shoe size as well. I know how much of a problem I have finding clothes and shoes (5.5 - 6), so I know others must have an even tougher time. Crazy. You'd think the fashion industry would start to notice we're not the sizes they think we are...
